Helping patients get the most out of their NHS consultation with the University of Oxford

Following on from our work to support video consulting with your NHS, we’re pleased to be working with colleagues at the University of Oxford to develop online and physical resources that will help patients get the most from the various remote support tools that they can use to connect with their primary care support teams.
We will be developing a range of resources that include tips, advice and decision trees that show the best way to connect with your primary care services remotely.
We’ll be reviewing literature that the team has already developed, considering different audiences, accessibility issues and the range of remote consulting options available.
These guides and resources will be available to any patient who needs advice and will also be useful for GPs and other healthcare teams.
