UCL Department of Security and Crime Science invited us to develop resources to communicate information about its teaching and ongoing research programme.
Key target audience groups included students, other academics/researchers, practitioners, police departments, government and general public.
The first phase of this ongoing design programme included printed leaflets for the department, and for its associated Jill Dando Institute of Security and Crime Science.
Prior to the printed leaflets we designed an ‘A–Z’ series of social media posts with short explanations to communicate the diverse range of research areas the course brings together.
During the design process we ensured a consistent look and feel using distinctive typography and a bright colour palette, establishing a clear brand identity for ongoing use by the Department.
