Sarah Douglas is an engagement consultant and educator working at the intersection of art, education and social impact. Her mission is to create and enable educational methods that transform people’s experience and understanding. She achieves this by leading strategic projects, and developing and delivering inspiring learning and engagement experiences – from large-scale immersive installations to lectures, workshops, learning programmes and exhibitions. Sarah’s work rests on a background in Fine Art – she received an MA in Painting from the Royal College of Art and holds a lectureship in Fine Art at City & Guilds of London Art School – and a subsequent career in art practice, education and enterprise.
As both a freelance consultant and through the company she founded, The Liminal Space, Sarah has over 10 years experience leading successful engagement projects for leading organisations and major brands including: Arts Council England, British Council, Future Foundation, Hackney Council, Imperial College Healthcare, O2 Telefonica, Royal Academy of Arts, Royal College of Art, The School of Life and Visa Europe.
